Helpful hints

If the tag number is not able to be found there are a couple of things to watch out for due to fonts:

• For A vin, make sure that there are no I, Q, or O letters, as those letters will never be in a VIN
• For a Tag, ensure that you have no more than 7 characters, and watch out for typing the characters out of order. If you have a personal tag, you will need to enter in your actual tag number in order to renew your tag and personal tag at the same time.
• For a roll number, ensure that you are not using a CO prefix, and check that you are not mixing numbers that look alike. (For instance a 1 for a 7, or any numbers which align vertically if you are using a 10 digit keypad to enter)
